Water questions in Kamloops

Does Kamloops need a blanket softener recommendation?

No. The reported hardness is relatively low. Match treatment to a confirmed household concern and a test of the actual supply.

Why are there different chlorine numbers?

The plant and distribution samples describe different locations and reporting periods. The tables preserve both free and total chlorine without treating them as interchangeable.
